Q - How long have you been in business?
A - Global Mark-E is a dba of Personal Freedom Club, who is a division of AMS Computer Services, Inc. AMS has been hosting Web Sites since 1996.

Q - Are there any setup fees to set up a hosting account?
A - No, we do not charge any setup fees for our hosting packages.

Q - How long does it take for the world to access my domain name?
A - We, of course, will setup your domian name on our servers within a few hours. However after this time period, it truly depends on ALL networks and ISPs of the world to update their servers and lookup your new domain name.Some popular dial-up ISPs (i.e. Earthlink, Slip.Net, Sprynet, Grid.Net) take less then 6 hours to update their servers, while others will take more than 2 days. So if you are still using a dial-up connection to the Internet, make sure you have a reliable ISP that promply updates its DNS servers, so you can access yourdomain.com right away.

Q - How do I transfer my domain to your servers?
A - Here are the steps to move your domain to our servers from another hosting company.

1 - Sign up for the hosting package of that best fits your needs - Here

2 - After you make your order, we will send you via email the login instructions to upload your files for your site and the nameservers you need to use to transfer your domain.

3 - Once you have the nameserver information that we provide you, you will need to request your dns of your domain account switched to the specified nameserver. If you do not know who your domain is with or have your information to modify your account contact support to help you.

4 - Once the switching of the dns for your domain has been completed and you see that the transfer has been made, you then can cancel your old hosting account.

As long as you do these steps in order, you should experience no downtime to your site.

Q - Do you offer secure server space for transferring credit card information?
A - Yes, a secure server is included at no additional charge.

Q - If I need to upgrade my package, will there be any downtime? How does that work?
A - No, there is no downtime. You send an email to us with your domain that you want upgraded and to what hosting package you would like it changed to. Your credit card will reflect the new fee for the upgraded package.

Q - How do I cancel my account?
A - Submit your cancellation request to our order department and we will send you back a confirmation of your cancellation.
